Delete your account
You can request removal of your Clock Harbor login and personal profile. Company time and employment records may be retained separately when the company has a legal or operational duty to keep them.
Before you request deletion
Download any personal records you need, confirm outstanding timecards with your manager, and ask a different owner to take control of the company if you are its only owner. Canceling a paid subscription and deleting an account are separate actions.
Send the request
Email hello@clockharbor.com from the address used for your Clock Harbor account. Include your name and company name. We may ask you to verify control of the account before completing the request.
What happens next
We will confirm the request, explain any records that must be retained, and remove or de-identify eligible account information. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before routine expiration and are not restored for ordinary use.
